As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll lead high-impact landscape installations, handle safety, efficiency, and quality, and work closely with your team to bring residential and commercial projects to life.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of landscape installation experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to teach others
- A Class C license or willingness to obtain one (CDL a plus)
- Confidence reading blueprints and planning job site layout
- Ability to operate heavy equipment like skid steers, dingo, excavators, paver vacuums, and saws
- Excellent communication skills for working with teammates, consultants, and clients
- Strong organizational habits to manage tools, paperwork, materials, and schedules
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
