As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for weekly planning and ordering of goods, coordination with Purchasing, and monitoring of minimum shelf life and article usability.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in inventory management, production planning or ordering
- Experience in the food industry is desirable but not necessary
- Well-developed process understanding and structured working methods
- Hands-on mentality and no fear of picking up the phone and actively clarifying issues
- Good understanding of supplier relationships and contractual agreements
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data for continuous optimization
