A plant-based food company with around 60 employees working together to integrate their products into people's daily routines.
Job Description
Your tasks include weekly planning and ordering of products, coordination with purchasing department, monitoring of shelf life data, and optimization of article master data. The Operations Manager will also monitor donations and disposals, verify invoices, and identify optimization potential along the supply chain.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in inventory disposition, production planning or ordering
- Experience in the food industry is desirable, but not a must
- Excellent process understanding and structured working method
- Hands-on mentality and no fear of taking the phone and clarifying issues
- Good understanding of supplier relationships and contractual agreements
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data for continuous optimization
