Job Description
We are seeking a Solar Service Technician to work on customer photovoltaic solar systems. The role involves traveling to project sites, performing repairs, collecting information, and communicating with the team. The ideal candidate is a professional, customer-focused individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
- General knowledge of residential solar systems and components
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand troubleshooting techniques of solar equipment
- Ability to physically repair solar system components (inverters, panels, wiring, monitoring devices, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Maintain current driver's record and clean criminal background check
