Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Solar Service Technician to travel to project sites to troubleshoot existing customer's photovoltaic solar systems. The role involves repairing, diagnosing, and replacing solar system components while building customer relationships. The technician needs to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence in their customer service.
Requirements
- Travel to project sites in a company vehicle
- Photo-document all aspects of the site
- Develop a positive relationship with customers
- Perform physical site audits
- Communicate with supervisor and manufacturer
- Lift 50lbs and work on roofs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Follow safety guidelines
- Pass pre-employment driving record and background check
- Use technology such as Dropbox and Google Calendar
