Grapevine MSP is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join their team. The role involves solving complex technical issues, collaborating with others, and making a meaningful impact in varied environments. The position is hybrid, with a primary work-from-home setup and occasional collaboration in an office setting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Desktop Support, Help Desk Tier 2, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (all workstation versions) and MacOS environments.
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN)
• Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Active Directory and user management
