System Engineer (Germany)

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join their IT Infrastructure team in Germany. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining a hybrid IT environment that spans on-premises servers, cloud services, and enterprise networks. The position offers both technical hands-on work and leadership opportunities, with a focus on modernization and automation.

Requirements

• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• Support hybrid environments integrating on-premises and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 escalations for complex O365, network, or server issues.
• Provide security & compliance related services.
