Job Description
Grafana Labs is a rapidly growing, open-source visualization tool company with a strong global presence. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Commercial Solutions Engineering team, focused on customer education, technical engagement, and product feedback. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to improve Grafana’s customer success and technical documentation.
Requirements

- 1-3+ years of technical pre-sales experience (open source technologies, metrics, or monitoring space)
