Job Description
Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company dedicated to visualizing data and providing observability tools. They are seeking a Senior Observability Architect to help customers modernize their data practices, drive adoption of Grafana, and identify opportunities for value and ROI. This role involves collaborating with engagement managers, technical account management, and product teams to ensure customer success and a strong return on investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE or Professional Services role
- Strong understanding of observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
