Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager, Foundation Observability Architects to lead a high-performing team of Observability Architects. The team will be responsible for building and managing the platform onboarding, adoption, and expansion experience for Grafana's customers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, SE/product consulting, or Professional Services, with 2+ years of people management experience.
