Support Service Account Manager / Service Advisor - Pacific, WA

Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. is hiring a Support Service Account Manager / Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service and initiate service write-ups for repairs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous Service Advisory experience preferred or one year or more related experience in a repair facility
• Technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
