Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Business and Transactions Attorney to join our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office and overall practice area team.
Requirements
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies aligned with their business goals and needs
- Research and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
- Advise clients on corporate legal matters
- Provide strategic legal guidance during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions
- Manage multiple client matters simultaneously
- Supervise paralegals, staff, and team members as required
- Active in business development
