goop is seeking a Specialist, Retail Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of their growing retail footprint. This role involves overseeing vendor relationships, store operations, inventory control, and support for new store openings. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments with a focus on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. The position is key to smooth retail function and overall retail experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, multi-store coordination, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Shopify POS and retail systems; experience with inventory management software preferred
• Proven ability to manage vendors, track budgets, and support operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to develop and implement SOPs for retail teams
• Exceptional communication skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
