The Field Sales Manager will lead a team of Field Sales Representatives, coaching them in consultative selling techniques and driving high performance to exceed business goals and accelerate customer satisfaction. The role involves developing executive relationships with customers, influencing long-term strategic direction, and leveraging expertise in cloud, data, and AI technologies to address customer business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, commercial negotiations, and agreements
• Experience with leadership, people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching
• Experience working with Startups or digital native organizations
• Experience supporting a team to expand existing accounts, secure new customers, and accelerate consumption
