Job Description
Goodlord is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their external-facing teams. The role combines technical expertise (Salesforce Service Cloud) with business analyst responsibilities. You'll automate processes, generate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic goals. It's a hybrid role based in London, requiring 2 days a week in the office.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and administration including Einstein bot, omni channel and routing processes.
- Experienced with other tools used for the effective running of a Customer Services business such as telephony systems.
- Confident using spreadsheets and formulae.
- Brilliant command of English in both spoken and written communication.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet agreed deadlines.
- Empathy for end-users (Customer Services team) and a focus on improving their day-to-day experiences.
- Passion for learning.
