Job Description
The Security Guard is responsible for protecting personnel, property, and assets at assigned locations. This role is structured across three levels—Security Guard I, II, and III—to reflect increasing responsibility, independence, and leadership.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of security and safety practices appropriate to the level
- Proficiency in report writing and use of computer applications
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and situational awareness
- Ability to observe, document, and respond to incidents appropriately
- Leadership and coordination skills (for higher levels)
