Job Description
Glovo is seeking a Head of Finance & Strategy to drive financial performance, co-own the P&L, and ensure sustainable growth in the Romanian market. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It's a leadership position with significant exposure to regional and HQ stakeholders, with vision for future market dominance.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and P&L ownership.
- Track record of driving financial performance and working with advanced financial models.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate complexity into clear levers of growth and profitability.
- Strong experience in team leadership and talent development.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to present quantitative data with clarity.
