Customer Service Representative - Preneed

Global Atlantic is a leading provider of retirement security and investment solutions. As a Customer Service Representative - Preneed, you will provide excellent customer service, respond to inbound calls, and document telephone conversations and written communication into a computer database. You will also be responsible for resolving telephone inquiries, identifying and communicating problems or issues, and providing a broad range of technical and operational support to clients and agents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of work experience in customer service
• Strong PC and Software skills, especially Microsoft Office products
• Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
