Job Description
Global Atlantic is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Hartford, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 1+ years of customer service experience, and strong PC and software skills. The role will involve providing excellent customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving client requests or complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years' experience in customer service
- Strong PC and Software skills, especially Microsoft Office products
- Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
