Customer Service Representative - Annuities - $500 SIGN ON BONUS

Global Atlantic is a leading provider of retirement security and investment solutions. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hartford, CT. This role will provide excellent customer service to annuity customers, process insurance support phone calls, and participate in training and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years' experience in customer service
• Strong PC and Software skills, especially Microsoft Office products
• Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
