Job Description
Glanbia is seeking a Compounder I to operate forklifts, pack out liquid and powder batches, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role involves a mix of routine and supervisory duties, requiring attention to detail and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include running daily tasks, identifying deviations, and training new employees on proper cleaning procedures and food safety practices.
Requirements
- Basic math, reading and recordkeeping skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Forklift certification required
