Job Description
Gladly is a CX platform that puts the customer at the center of every conversation. As a Technical Account Manager, you will drive the adoption and optimal use of Gladly's suite of products, lead the design and optimization of AI workflows, and provide customer success and advocacy.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, JSON, REST APIs, and Webhooks
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or support engineering role
- Problem-Solving & Solutioning: Ability to solve complex technical challenges
- Client-Focused Communication: Exceptional English communication skills
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Proficiency in analyzing customer data and generating actionable insights
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- Project Management & Prioritization: Strong project management skills
