Manager, Alum Engagement

Manage alumni engagement, create and manage a comprehensive alumni database, and cultivate relationships with alumni. Lead coordination and execution of alumni events, partner with Fund Development colleagues to identify and cultivate alumni fundraising opportunities, and assist with the design and creation of alumni marketing and recognition materials. Monitor and analyze progress and results, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques
• Exceptional writing skills and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor database systems
• Experience working with fundraising and social media tools
