Job Description
The Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana are seeking a Waterfront Director for their Camp Juniper Knoll overnight camp during the summer of 2026. This role involves supervising campers and staff in aquatic activities, providing lifeguarding training, and guiding learning experiences. The camp is a safe and positive environment for girls ages 5-17. Weekdays are flexible and include 11 AM - 7 PM and a 2-hour break.
Requirements
- 1+ years lifeguarding experience
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard certifications (from American Red Cross or equivalent)
- Lifeguard Certifications from American Red Cross or equivalent
- Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
