Job Description
Girl Scout of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana is seeking a Program Leader for Camp Greene Wood, a summer camp for 5-17 year olds. This role involves supervising and guiding campers and counselors in archery and field sports activities, providing a safe and positive learning environment. The position requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 20+ years old (or 21+ preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children in a camp or similar setting
- Strong communication skills
- Prior archery experience
- Willingness to work in diverse camp setting (incl. outdoors & indoor work)
- Knowledge of schedule and programs
- Supervisory skills
