Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional

We are looking for an Organizational Development Analyst to design, implement, and monitor programs and strategies for employee incorporation and departure, as well as satisfaction surveys and integration sessions.

Requirements

• Conduct analysis and surveys to identify training, development, organizational climate, and candidate experience needs in recruitment and selection processes
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of performance evaluation programs
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Carry out processes for employee incorporation and departure (Onboarding & Offboarding)
• Facilitate or organize workshops and training sessions on technical and soft skills
• Promote initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture and company values
• Design and execute actions to improve the work climate
• Plan and execute strategies to support employees during organizational transformation processes
• Coordinate communication strategies to strengthen engagement and keep employees informed about key initiatives
• Generate monthly reports to know the company's performance related to high turnover, low turnover, and talent development programs
