Requirements

• Human resource planning, position administration, and career development tracking
• Intermediate knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, STPS, and regulations related to hiring and managing personnel
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
• Implementation of KPIs, performance indicators, and individual and group improvement plans
• Dashboard creation: reports on rotation, absenteeism, work climate, and productivity
• Negotiation and interpersonal relationship management
• Problem-solving and decision-making based on data
• Collaborative leadership and team motivation
• Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (basic/intermediate level)
