GHOST is disrupting the sports nutrition industry by creating a lifestyle movement. We're seeking a Customer Support Representative to help us take care of our customers through various omnichannels.
Requirements
- Respond to customers across multiple channels—chat, email, and phone—to address inquiries and solve customer issues.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of GHOST’s full product line to respond to customer questions effectively.
- Document customer interactions, noting and analyzing new or recurring issues to enhance the overall customer experience and recommend actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Uphold the brand voice while maintaining an upbeat demeanor in all communications.
- Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI targets while maintaining a strong overall CSAT score.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or two (2) years of related work experience.
- Thrives in collaborative team environments, demonstrating strong skills in verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking.
- Adapts in fast-changing environments and stays confident and focused.
- Strong customer-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of Sports Nutrition products is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
