Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for team safety, overall asset management, asset uptime improvement and operating within the maintenance budget.

Requirements

• Trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) with 5 years’ experience
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computerised maintenance management system (Mainpac) advantageous
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to and drive internal safety systems
• Effective budgeting and performance management experience
• Effective labour utilisation understanding to ensure operational requirements are met
• Strong communication, time management, decision-making and problem-solving skills
