Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for team safety, overall asset management, asset uptime improvement and operating within the maintenance budget.
Requirements
- Trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) with 5 years’ experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computerised maintenance management system (Mainpac) advantageous
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to and drive internal safety systems
- Effective budgeting and performance management experience
- Effective labour utilisation understanding to ensure operational requirements are met
- Strong communication, time management, decision-making and problem-solving skills
