Despatch Supervisor

Join InfraBuild as the leader of the site despatch team based out of our Sunshine site. You will lead the daily site transport operations, coordinating and monitoring transport fleet activities. You will be a critical function for our customers, production and project staff, where you will not only lead the team but immerse yourself in the whole business function.

Requirements

• Provide subject matter expert advice on transport functions, i.e. pricing, capability of fleet etc
• Follow chain of responsibility as per the heavy vehicle national law
• Lead and motivate the despatch team through expertise and action
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Liaise with customers, the planning team and project management team with notification of changes to the delivery plan, concerns on site and proof of delivery requests
• Performing load checks and auditing of loads and load restraint
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies, standards, procedures and legislative requirements
