Job Description
Getty is seeking a Facilities Contract Manager - Facilities Construction to oversee the review, drafting, and execution of construction-related contracts for Getty's Facilities department. This role involves ensuring compliance with institutional policies, California Public Contract Codes, and relevant regulations, while assisting capital construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction contracts background and familiarity with contract delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or contract administration
- 2+ years focused on construction contracts
- Knowledge of construction disciplines, terminology, and contract delivery methods
