Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Contract Manager to oversee the operation of Tender / Purchasing performed by the PMC/EPC contractors, formulate purchasing policies and strategies, and maintain the procurement and purchasing system. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Vendor Management System, evaluating and executing contracts, and working with the PMC/EPC Contracts Team to implement contract strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry with project value exceeding 50 millions
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
