Gensler is seeking a temporary Studio Coordinator to join our Denver office for a minimum of 6 months. The role involves providing essential administrative support, acting as a liaison between directors, principals, and team members, and helping to keep projects and operations moving forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and technical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and demonstrate initiative with consistent follow-through
- Proven success managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Suite/InDesign
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, or other project management tools
- Legal and contract review experience is a plus
