Job Description
GenScript Biotech Corporation is seeking a Scientist, Upstream Process Development & MSAT Department member to support and lead the translation of research processes to GMP-compliant manufacturing. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual contributing to gene and cell therapy development while expanding technical expertise in viral vector manufacturing. It combines lab work with strategic process development and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Develop, scale up, and evaluate the technology transfer of viral vector processes.
- Design, execute, and analyze cell culture experiments.
- Collaborate with internal/external partners.
- Develop and optimize process parameters for viral vector production.
