Job Description
GenScript Biotech is seeking a dynamic Scientist to join their Downstream Viral Vector Process Development & MSAT Department. This role focuses on GMP-compliant manufacturing of viral vectors, involving hands-on experimental work, process development, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external partners. The position is ideal for a bench-focused individual.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related scientific discipline.
- 3-7 years of relevant industry experience or 1-3 years of industry experience with MSAT.
- Experience with LVV and AAV process development
- Strong understanding of process scale-up and scale-down modeling.
- Good understanding of Design of Experiment (DOE) and statistical analysis.
- Experience in CMC regulatory affairs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and detailed documentation abilities.
