We are seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the implementation of Workday solutions, specifically the Learning module, and drive the evolution of the HRIT roadmap. The successful candidate will have experience with Workday across multiple modules, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes and Workday configuration.
Requirements
- Workday experience across multiple modules, primarily Learning (should be certified)
- Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration
- Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative mindset and ability to influence without authority
- Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality; experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Workday certification(s) preferred
