Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Consultant - Core HCM & Advanced Compensation to join our team at Genpact. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, guiding the HRIT roadmap, and ensuring alignment between HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday, IT, and HR, with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Workday experience across multiple modules, primarily Time Tracking (should be certified)
- Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration
- Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
- Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality; experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Workday certification(s) preferred
