Manager - PowerBI Analysts

We are inviting applications for the role of Manager - PowerBI Analysts, a position that requires experience in Power BI / Tableau development and strong data visualization expertise.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Tableau calculated fields.
• Perform data transformation and integration using SQL and ETL tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization of dashboards.
• Create reusable datasets and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, sales, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Implement row-level security and data governance best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance and data-related issues in BI reports.
• Document technical specifications and maintain reporting standards.
