Manager, Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with deep hands-on experience in data modeling, complex DAX, and building scalable dashboards to support the Finance function.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Finance stakeholders.
• Build robust data models within Power BI, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Write and optimize complex DAX expressions for KPIs, measures, and calculated columns.
• Integrate and transform data from diverse source systems (databases, cloud platforms, APIs, flat files, etc.).
• Collaborate with Finance business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all reporting assets.
• Enable self-service analytics by developing reusable datasets and templates.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to best practices in BI development.
• Document technical solutions and provide end-user training when needed.
