Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Consultant-Senior Wireless/Network Engineer to provide end-user support and log Helpdesk calls into the Helpdesk system, resolve and close tickets, and assist users with desktop operating systems and application software. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and experience in wireless/network engineering.
Requirements
- Provide end-user support and log Helpdesk calls into the Helpdesk system
- Open, resolve, and close tickets in the IT Helpdesk system
- Assist users with desktop operating systems and application software
- Manage Exchange user administration
- Ensure workstation virus protection
- Support remote access solutions
- Administer Active Directory
- Facilitate Workday connectivity
- Provide VoIP support
- Guide interns
- Develop and deliver end-user training sessions
- Participate in after-hours support rotation
- Provide quotes for computer equipment purchases
