Assistant Vice President-Databricks Business Group Practice Lead

We are seeking a hands-on leader as Assistant Vice President Level with a strong focus on either Databricks or AWS. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and strategic expertise in one of the two platforms, though experience across both Databricks and AWS is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within a technology consulting, system integration, or related field
• In-depth expertise in Databricks /AWS services, architecture, and cloud solutions, with certifications being a plus
• Knowledge and Experience in the Databricks /AWS ecosystem
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and transformative change
• Experience in developing and launching successful joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners
• Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
