Assistant Vice President, Databricks Business Group Practice Lead

Genpact is seeking a visionary leader to drive collaboration, innovation, and growth through the Databricks /AWS ecosystem as Assistant Vice President, Databricks Business Group Practice Lead. The role involves developing and evolving Databricks /AWS offerings, working with senior leaders, and collaborating with global alliance leads to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with shared objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within a technology consulting, system integration, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• In-depth expertise in Databricks /AWS services, architecture, and cloud solutions, with certifications being a plus
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and transformative change
• Experience in developing and launching successful joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners
• Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
