Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will manage essential processes to ensure smooth execution across key areas: speakers bureau support, print production, commercial displays and sponsorships, congress coordination, vendor and budget management. The ideal candidate will also contribute insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years in marketing operations, strategy and operations, sales operations, or project management.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations processes, compliance requirements, and financial tracking.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams, with a customer‐focused, service‐oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast‐moving environment.
- Extensive experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce-based systems, MS Office, and MS Teams.
- Previous oncology/hematology experience is preferred.
