Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design of clean, scalable, and accessible interfaces for complex enterprise applications, and contribute to the evolution of Genesys' design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing enterprise software applications for a global audience
• Proven ability to contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems
• Deep attention to detail and a proactive approach to visual excellence, component reusability, and UI consistency
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale and presenting polished visual work
