Job Description
Medical Assistant (CNA or EMT welcome) to assist with coordination of patient flow, preparation of patients for examination and procedures, and perform administrative functions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited clinical medical assistant program, certified nursing assistant program, or emergency medical technician program
- Certification (CMA/AAMA) preferred and primary care experience preferred for MA graduate
- Current Connecticut CNA certification and at least one (1) year of clinical work experience required for CNA
- Current Connecticut EMT certification and at least six (6) months of clinical work experience required for EMT
- Current BLS/CPR certification and bilingual English/Spanish preferred at applicable sites based on patient population
