M.S. degree from accredited nursing school, nationally recognized psychiatry certification, and current Connecticut licensure required
Staff Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
M.D. or D.O. degree, residency trained, board certified or eligible, eligible for licensure in Connecticut
Patient Access Representative (Receptionist)
High school diploma, post-secondary education preferred, typing and computer skills, familiarity with medical/dental terminology and billing procedures
Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
M.S. or D.N.P degree, board certification, and current licensure in the State of Connecticut
Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing, board certification, and current licensure in Connecticut
Staff Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
M.D. or D.O. degree, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency training, and board certification or eligibility
Behavioral Health Medical Director (Psychiatrist)
M.D. or D.O. from accredited medical school, residency trained, board certified or eligible, and eligible for Connecticut licensure & federal/state-controlled substance licenses
Chiropractor
3 years Chiropractic experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work as part of a team
Dentist
Must have a current license to practice dentistry in Connecticut, be able to work independently, and demonstrate good judgment
Medical Assistant - Medical Department
Requires medical assistant program, certification, and BLS/CPR certification. 0-6 years of experience
