Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Manager with experience in implementing and monitoring HR programs in support of a high-performance culture and diverse workforce. This role will oversee human resources functions of a union workforce, with a focus on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- Maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions
