Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary SHE leader to serve as the primary point of contact for regional SHE matters, driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning local and global SHE goals. The role requires a proven expert in managing complex environments, leading diverse teams, and fostering a culture of health & safety and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of practical experience in at least two areas among Safety, Security, Health, Business Continuity, or Environmental Protection.
- A Master's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in the field of Safety, Security, Health & Environmental Protection.
- Proven experience in implementing health & safety programs in an R&D or manufacturing site.
- Demonstrated ability in networked leadership within a matrix environment.
- Experienced in managing high degrees of complexity while maintaining the balance between short-term objectives and long-term success.
