Job Description
Geeks on Site is seeking reliable, on-call IT technicians to provide PC, Mac, printer, and scanner support to residential and small business customers. Technicians will troubleshoot hardware, resolve network issues, and perform maintenance on printers. The position offers flexible scheduling and is based on location.
Requirements
- 2+ years of field IT support experience
- Familiarity with Canon, HP, and other common printer brands
- Knowledge of error code troubleshooting (e.g., Canon code 1700, boot issues, driver conflicts)
- Experience with both Windows (10/11) and macOS troubleshooting
- Personal tools (bootable USB, screwdriver set, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera and data for documentation
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
