Gates is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Data Centers Americas region to drive profitable sales growth through OEM customers. The role involves coordinating sales efforts, understanding industry dynamics, and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a driven, open-minded individual with a strong network and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years business development or account sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience growing sales in the Datacenter Industry.
• Existing network at leading companies in the Datacenter industry.
• Significant knowledge of the industrial supply chain.
• Understanding of product qualification requirements at OEM’s.
